I work at 2 properties each week. Manned daily. In a very large metroplex and have lots of foot traffic. We're extremely full. BUT,I rarely get walk ins or people in my office. Do online. It's gotten to be extremely repatitive to sit in the office for hours because theres not a true need for a 100%... -

I'm working on a project for my facility, and wondering if anyone has access to what I'm needing that I could use. I'm looking for a letter/email template stating that the insurance/protection for their unit has expired on such and such date and they have 30 days to remedy... -

I have a manager at one of my stores that likes to tell me that I had said something very different to a customer than I know that I said, and noted in thier account.
