I had a leashed "service" dog leave multiple piles in the building. The owner did nothing. Dogs must now remain in the vehicle. Period.

UPDATE: Thankfully, Yelp agreed it went against their terms of service and removed the review. I am so relieved. Since it's all removed, I'm also going to remove the content of her review here. I never give a reason to terminate a lease. Our contract states we each have the right not to renew the contract for the next rental period. We have chosen not to renew your contract, and therefore you have until x/x to move out.

Ours is pretty basic, but I've only had to use it once at this property.
As stated on your lease agreement, your lease expires at the end of each monthly cycle, and subject to management discretion, renews automatically on the first day of the next cycle.

I love it!
My facility in Ontario, CA had black widows just inside the door of every single drive up unit throughout the warm weather. I got used to dealing with them, sadly.

The facility I'm at now opened in 2005 and there has never been an incident here.
Previously, I managed a property near Palm Springs that had constant break-ins. Soooo many RV and plumbing trucks broken into and so much stuff stolen. But the owner refused to invest in decent cameras....

My contract clearly states that the contents must belong to you personally, and subletting is not permitted. So that's a HUGE NO from me!

There are still places like LA County where you can't do this because of covid laws. So be sure to check with your local SSA to be sure you're safe to do this....

I will hold a space until the end of the day. I don't have enough availability to tie it up beyond that if you don't want to pay for it.
I NEVER expect a unit to be vacant when they say they're moving out! About 75% of the time here, they stay a month (or 3 years) longer than the initial...
