    evets has a point, don't make the matter worse. They're both entitled to store their belongings where they want. It was a simple human error. I appreciate your concern, but don't escalate the situation unnecessarily.

  • And seriously, multiply the value of the hours you spend on this issue tenfold at the very least and let them try to dispute your value back to you for wasting your time when you bill them.

  • Don't do it! We had a national brand come in because a partner allowed it. NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! Run the other direction. They need to store in food approved warehouses, not self storage. And trust me, you don't want to deal with the local delivery drivers who are replaced more often than some change...

    Invest in some pink, blue or yellow paper and use that to print the lien notices on. It will draw their attention when they see the different color peeking through the envelope window. I also have used stickers on the envelopes that were cute with sayings like; "Did you forget?" with a cartoon...
