It is an ordinance here, they must be be able to exit at anytime. And I have my number on all exit card pads, they may call or text. I look it up on the cameras and let them out....Leave a comment:

Not all 3rd party management companies are awful, I worked for one for my first 13 years of storage, I loved it, and it was all ok. Definitely better than a "big box" store.
