I run one of my locations mostly remotely!
I am physically at my 2nd location M-F 9a-5p.
At my remote location it is posted that I am not there.
They are instructed to call my 2nd office line OR they can go to the website to view avail units or move in.

I run 2 locations.
One has an enter and exit keypad.
My 2nd location, the property does not have the room to add an exit keypad....

You may want to think about requiring all tenants to do it this way, when they need to update a new card for payment.
